Union County's fiscal court is its county judge/executive, who presides, and its magistrates, each elected from a magisterial district (KRS 67.040). These are the 6 members the Kentucky Department for Local Government's county directory lists. The directory does not say which district each magistrate holds. Where the State Board of Elections' certified 2022 results name a member as the winner of a district, that district is shown beside the name; a member without one took the seat after that election or could not be matched.
