Williamsburg City Council
Every member of the Williamsburg City Council, as the Virginia Department of Elections' results name them or, where they do not settle a seat, the city's own website lists them.
Williamsburg City is an independent city, which belongs to no county, and the Williamsburg City Council is its governing body. Every member is elected at large, by the whole city. Each name is the winner of an election in the Virginia Department of Elections' results, dated beside it, unless it says it was read from the city's own page because the results do not settle that seat. A result names who won, not who sits now, so a member appointed to a vacancy is not named until an election fills the seat. The map's County or City card reads the same file. The school board is a separate body, and the map's County or City card says who sits on it.

districtry is an independent, unofficial civic reference. It never guesses at who holds a seat: every name above won an election in the Virginia Department of Elections' results or is listed on the county's or city's own website, and where neither settles a seat this page says so rather than filling the gap.
